Dear Virginia and Graeme,
Thank you so much for a lovely stay on Saturday night. From the moment we arrived at your B&B we felt very welcome and relaxed. The accommodation was lovely and exactly what we had hoped for and the breakfast on Sunday morning was delicious! It was especially nice to have a 'proper' coffee made for us! The lounge area with the fire was a great place to unwind on Saturday night and the views from the property are fantastic. We would definitely stay with you again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone - your hospitality was the perfect balance of professional and friendly and you didn't even flinch when James broke the bathroom door!!!

Adele, Claire and I want to thank you so very much for your many kindnesses during our stay. It was wonderful, and I hope to get back to Bathurst soon. While this was my ninth trip to Australia, it was my first to central NSW. It's a marvelous place. I miss it already.

Just to let you know how much we enjoyed our short but important visit with Bathurst Heights Bed and Breakfast. Our leisure time is so important for us these days with Warwick having spent such a long time in Saudi, so it matters greatly to us where we go and how we spend that time.
As "first timers" with B&Bs our experience was most enjoyable. We are very much looking forward to a return visit!

Dear Bathurst Heights Bed & Breakfast,
We would like to take this opportunity to express our thanks to you both for the hospitality you showed us during our recent stay through the Bathurst 1000 weekend. The site is a wonderful distance from both the track and town, with sweeping views from our balcony. Even though you had only just taken over the establishment and were still finding your own way around the house and the operation, you never let it show.
A smile and friendly conversation always greeted us in the morning and afternoon, no question or request ever was a problem. We enjoyed the home atmosphere and you being genuinely interested in how our days had gone.
Our room was more than comfortable and clean but also gave us privacy. We only hope that next time we are passing through Bathurst you will have a spare room for us. Please feel free to use this letter in building your business.
